Description

Let's Rock! Treat yourself to a few stones.

Do you know curling from TV and want to finally experience it for yourself? Are you planning an unforgettable event where fun should not be neglected? Are you thinking of a special event where, for example, you want to combine a meeting with a sporting happening? Or do you have a special kind of further training in teamwork and/or communication in mind?

We will be happy to help you organise your event!

Also suitable for children's birthday parties (children from 8 years)!

What can you expect at a fun curling event?

Our fun curling events last just under two hours. After the reception, our trained curling instructors will introduce you to the secrets of the game with stone and broom for around 45 minutes. You will learn how to deal with the pitfalls of the ice, how to find an effective sliding position and how to skilfully move the granite stone, which weighs around 20kg, along the approx. 40m long track towards the "house". You will be amazed at how quickly you can gain a sense of achievement! To crown it all, you will put what you have learned into practice in a small game under the expert guidance of the curling pro. By the way, if you lose the game, this is less tragic in curling: the winning team invites the losers to an aperitif afterwards, according to the old curling custom...

The only equipment you need is comfortable and warm clothing (the temperature in the ice rink is 6°C) as well as non-slip and, above all, clean indoor gym shoes or similar footwear. Everything else is provided by the CRB. We also use helmets for the first time on request. Smart heads protect themselves!
