How high is the investment we are looking for?

In total we are looking for an investment sum of CHF 300.000.

From how much CHF can I invest?

The minimum investment is CHF 1.000.

What type of investment is it?

The investment is a convertible loan, i.e. as soon as the total investment amount of CHF 300.000 is reached, your loan will be converted into shares.

How highly is the company valued?

The company valuation amounts to CHF 2.943.538. A one-time discount of 20% is granted on this valuation. Accordingly, the company valuation for the conversion of the loan into shares amounts to CHF 2.354.830.

Will my investment earn interest until it is converted into shares?

Yes, the investment earns interest at a rate of 5%. On the reporting date, the original investment and interest gains are then converted into shares.

When did the Sportsparadise Switzerland platform go live?

The platform went live in its final version at the beginning of 2022, after a test phase (BETA version) in 2021.

When will the company become self-supporting?

According to our calculations, we will be self-supporting from 2023.

Are there already renowned partners and investors?

Yes, Sportsparadise Switzerland has already been able to establish over 50 partnerships with various players from the world of sport and business.

Has there already been a financing round?

Yes, we were able to raise over CHF 400.000 in the first round of financing in 2021.

COVID-19 Infos

What happens if my booked offer cannot be carried out?

If it is not possible to carry out your booking, you will be contacted by the Sportsparadise supplier in good time.

What security measures apply to my booked offer?

The mandatory COVID-19 health and safety measures vary by activity and region and are always adapted to the relevant measures set by the government. The Sportsparadise supplier will inform you about the local measures.

What is included in each bookable offer?

On the detailed view of each offer you can see which services are included and which are not included. If you have further questions about the scope of services of an offer, please contact us via the contact form or by phone.

How do I know if an offer is available?

For all offers on our website there is a calendar with availabilities. Please select the number of participants in addition to your desired date. For some offers the number of participants is limited, so availability may vary depending on your desired number of participants.

Changes in your booking

How can I change my booking?

For any changes to an existing booking, please contact us via the contact form or by phone.

Payment and refund

How long will it take to receive my refund?

For refunds, it may take 3-4 business days for the payment to reach your account. Some credit card providers may have different processing times. If you have any further questions about payment, please contact us via the contact form or by phone.

How do I pay for my booking?

The agreed total price for the booking is paid directly to the Sportsparadise supplier. When completing the booking, the agreed total price will only be reserved on your credit card. After your booking is completed, the reserved amount will be released again and your credit card will not be charged.

Cancellations

Is there a cancellation period?

If you cancel your booking, the cancellation conditions stated in the offer description as well as in the detailed view of the booking under My Bookings apply. Generally, the following cancellation fees may be charged by the provider or accommodation: a. Flex: Full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the activity or check-in. b. Normal: Full refund up to 31 days before the start of the activity or check-in. 80% refund between 30 and 8 days before the start of the activity or check-in. 50% refund between 7 days and 24 hours before the start of the activity or check-in. c. Strict: 90% refund up to 31 days before the start of the activity or check-in. 50% refund between 30 and 8 days before the start of the activity or check-in.

What happens if the supplier cancels my booking?

If your booking has been cancelled by the supplier, please contact us via the contact form or by phone to receive a full refund.

Will I receive a cancellation confirmation

We will confirm your cancellation by email. If you do not receive an immediate confirmation, please check your spam folder and booking status. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact us by filling out the contact form.

Can I cancel a booked offer?

If your booking is within the cancellation period defined by the Sportsparadise provider, you can cancel immediately in My Bookings. You will receive a full refund via the payment method used at the time of booking.

Ratings

How can I submit an evaluation for my booked offer?
You always have the possibility to rate offers that you have already carried out. Ratings can be submitted on the page of the offer under "Write a review".
