Healthier, better and simply fitter

The functional training we use consists mainly of exercises that train the body's own basic functions. You stand with your feet on the floor and are not supported by a weight machine. You will learn to hold your own body weight and stabilize or balance it in various positions. To maximize your progress, we use equipment and tools specifically designed for functional training that increase the stimulus and excitation to your muscles and nervous system.

Every workout is a new challenge. TATKRAFT Creative Training is our motto: We keep your motivation - one of the cornerstones of a successful training session - high with ever new training forms and sequences.

Upon request it is also possible to buy a 10, 20 or 40 classes subscription, as well as to book personal training for 2 persons.
