Hatha Yoga in Wald in the Appenzell region, between Heiden and Trogen.

"Ha" stands for sun, body, strength, warming and yang. "tha" stands for moon, mind, stillness, cooling and yin. Yoga brings body, mind and soul into balance.

 

Structure of a yoga class:

  • Shavasana: Relaxing, arriving at yourself.
  • Asanas: Bringing the body to rest through physical exercises.
  • Pranayama: Calming the mind through breathing exercises.
  • Meditation: Emptying the mind by concentrating on one thing.
  • Shavasana: in deep relaxation, the body processes what it has experienced.

 

There are currently two yoga classes:

  • Tuesdays 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
  • Thursdays 20:00 - 21:30

 

Price:

  • Single class: 27.- CHF
  • 11 class subscription: 270.- CHF
