Do I pay a membership fee as a provider?

No, you can register for free and upload your offers on Sportsparadise.club.

When do I start paying something?

You only pay when a customer effectively books your offer or asks for additional information about you or your offers (contact referrals).

What are bookings?

Bookings are date-related requests from Sportsparadise members for your listed offers. In order for an effective booking to take place, you must confirm the booking requests received in the supplier dashboard. The commission fees for bookings amount to 10% of the offered price and are invoiced by Sportsparadise Switzerland on a monthly basis.

What are contact referrals?

Contact referrals are referrals of Sportsparadise members who are interested in your offers and would like more information. They take place when members click on the phone-, email- or website-button on your offers. You will find an overview of all contact referrals in your supplier dashboard. The fees per contact referral are CHF 0.80 per click and a maximum of CHF 800 per month and are invoiced monthly by Sportsparadise Switzerland.

Bookings

What happens when a client books my service?

When a client wants to book one of your activities, you will receive an email notification from us. You can then accept or decline the request in your provider dashboard.

Payments / Invoices

Who does the client pay?

Customers pay for booked services directly to you on site. Once a month, Sportsparadise Switzerland invoices you for the commission fees for bookings and the agency fees for contact referrals.

Cancellation conditions

What cancellation conditions apply?

We have 3 different cancellation policies at Sportsparadise, Flex, Normal and Strict.

Flex

  • Full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the experience.

 

Normal

  • Full refund up to 31 days before the start of the experience
  • 80% refund between 30 and eight days before the start of the experience
  • 50% refund between seven days and 24 hours before the start of the experience

 

Strict

  • 90% refund 31 days before the start of the experience
  • 50% refund between 30 and eight days before the start of the experience
